How to choose the right size in Trail Running shoes?
So that Trail Running does not become a bad experience, we must choose the right size of our shoe according to our activity and intensity. To choose the right size of Trail Running shoe, it is best to know the measurements of our feet.
The easiest way is to place our feet with the socks most similar to the ones we use during the activity on a sheet of paper.
