Trail Running Shoes, a technical footwear that will help us to practice our favorite sport, walking trails and mountain roads with the greatest comfort and safety. Maximum comfort, cushioning and grip Versatility for all terrains
Trail Running is a sport practiced in nature, also called mountain running or trail running. It consists of running on mountain trails through hills and mountains crossing streams and rivers, with steep climbs and steep descents. The terrain and conditions are very demanding and require runners to be very well equipped. Climate, terrain and distance are key aspects for this sport.
To practice this sport, special footwear must be used, Trail Running shoes, with characteristics superior to those of running, paying special attention to the sole, which must be resistant and durable, with lugs that improve grip. These shoes protect runners' feet from injuries caused by punctures from sharp rocks or other objects and blows against them. The fabric of our shoes is designed for all terrains, with a water-repellent fabric that will keep your feet dry..
We have Trail Running shoes with water proof, they have a water-repellent material that prevents our feet from getting wet. Many runners pass through rivers or run in the rain, so shoes with water-repellent material help keep feet dry and avoid the risk of running with heavier shoes and soaked feet during the race.
We present our Terra AT117 high-tex Dark model with water proof technology.

So that Trail Running does not become a bad experience, we must choose the right size of our shoe according to our activity and intensity. To choose the right size of Trail Running shoe, it is best to know the measurements of our feet.
The easiest way is to place our feet with the socks most similar to the ones we use during the activity on a sheet of paper. We place the heel as close as possible to the edge, if we lean on a wall better and the body straight, with the help of another person, we mark the back of the heel and the most forward part of the longest toe.
Once measured we will need an extra centimeter in front of the toes for our Trail Running shoes.
Trail Running often means that our shoes end up dirty because of the mud or dust that we find. Therefore, from ATOM, we recommend the following steps to keep your shoes clean and ready right after training:
